A Connection Café is a supportive, social gathering for people living with dementia and their care partners. It is a relaxed environment where you can connect with others who truly understand the journey.

Isolation is a major challenge; these cafés provide vital social engagement and a sense of belonging.

Connection Cafés are primarily social, focusing on shared activities and the present moment together.
