About The Event
Join Dementia Mentors and Hernando County Library Services for a welcoming Connection Café designed for those living with dementia and their care partners.
Held on the 4th Tuesday of every month, the Connection Café offers a supportive space to socialize, enjoy uplifting activities, build friendships, and connect with others who understand the journey. Each gathering is an opportunity to have fun, reduce isolation, and strengthen meaningful connections in the community.
