Join Dementia Mentors, in partnership with Atrium Gardens Memory Care Community, for a monthly Caregivers Support Group for those caring for someone living with dementia.
Connect with others who understand the caregiving journey, share experiences, receive encouragement, and gain helpful knowledge and support as you navigate dementia care.
When: 4th Monday of each month
